  • Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Waitlist registration: your email address when you join our waitlist.
  • Payment information: billing details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Communications: messages you send us via email or support channels.

Meeting and coaching data

Sixthly processes live audio context to deliver real-time coaching suggestions. Where technically feasible, this processing happens on-device and audio is not transmitted to our servers. When server-side processing is required, audio streams are processed transiently and are not stored after the coaching session ends. Coaching tips, session summaries, and usage metrics may be retained to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Sixthly service.
  • Send you product updates, waitlist notifications, and onboarding emails.
  • Respond to your comments and questions.
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We will not use your information to train third-party AI models or sell it to advertisers. Coaching data is used solely to improve the accuracy of Sixthly's coaching engine.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
